A low-power wide area network (LPWAN or LPWA network) is a type of wireless telecommunications network designed to enable low-speed, long-distance communications between devices such as battery-operated sensors. The low consumption and low transmission speed is optimal for connecting battery-powered devices and is used in the Internet of Things and its industrial alternative IIoT. LPWAN transmission rates range from 0.3 kbit/s to 50 kbit/s per channel.

The solution from Unified Cloud Sensors, consisting of SensoCom and SensoCom DIN modules, and the communication and server infrastructure of SensoField Cloud meet all technical requirements for functioning in both a 4G network and a 5G network, using the NB-IoT standard within an LPWAN type network.     A cloud service intended for monitoring and diagnostics in a wide range of industries and agriculture. Communication takes place using LPWAN technology and the NB-IOT standard. SensoCom and SensoCom DIN hardware modules are intended for the use in the SensoField Cloud Solutions system.
